We do not introduce children to the world, we create the world with them.
We believe the focus should be placed on the main three fixed points:
1/ understanding, 2/ action, 3/ skills.
This is because education develops in the first place thinking, appropriate action and skills.

1/ Intelligence, understanding:
The teacher does not introduce the child to the world , in which they live, but they are entering with their own world the forming world of the child . The adults pass on children their evaluations, attitudes, colours and the breadth of their world. Children grasp them and develop them in their own way. Future teachers learn how to be silent and listen: first they reflect themselves (uncovering their pre-concepts), then the opening world of the child (the influence of family, heredity, culture, style of education, sibling constellations).
At our college future teachers deepen also knowledge of critical reflection of their world, culture, spiritual roots, namely in philosophical, ethical, theological and enviromentalistic courses. At the same time they learn to understand the possibilities of other cultural concepts; in enviromentalistics students learn to understand the enviroment and natural life in their region.
2/ Action
Every action is an interaction with the world and self-realization. A good educator understands the child (knowing the language of their psyche, body, development) and helps to develop their abilities and attitudes.
The educator helps the child to master the social and cultural space in which they realize their abilities and develop their personalities. To do this, the educator needs to be able to evaluate the educational situation, to determine the goal of education and to know how to achieve it.
3/ Skills
The child develops their skills through play and imitates the skills he sees in the authority. He/she develops his/her abilities on the basis of imitation and gains the first experience, that developing skills is fun and it brings joy. The future teacher first learns the skills and then the way of passing them on. We teach music (including playing a musical instrument and teaching singing), art, work (creative work with material) and drama skills. All these modules are designed to equip students not only with the necessary theory, but above all to develop students’ practically applicable knowledge and skills at the didactic level.
